Accident at theme parks Netherlands,they didn't give an accident form or anything?

Does anyone know the sort of equivalent to environmental health in the Netherlands please, or where to report a theme park too who refused to give an accident form?
Lady was taken to hospital and did break bone. thanks!

I would assume the local municipality would be the starting point.

Have you tried the owners or management of the park itself? This can’t be normal surely.

Did you get details of people who witnessed the incident or anything from the hospital. Is it possible to claim compensation on insurance?

Personally, I would post a review on TripAdvisor or Twitter and see what response you get.

I'm really intrigued. What do you mean by an accident form? You mean a form admitting they injured your relative? Of course no worker is going to give you something like that!

”Accident forms” aren’t a thing in the Netherlands, I’ve been here 20 years and am absolutely certain of that. People swap insurance forms with car accidents and the like but otherwise nowt.

you need to speak to the management of the park, failing that the local council (gemeente) and, failing that you could ask the British consulate for advice.

Thanks fhe management didn't seem to do anything at all re accident.

It wasn't me it was someone else but how the person has the accident others felt it was also really unsafe.

The management didn't even check on the person at all.

In UK it would be environmental health?
Like the investigation at that water park?
