What's good to eat when you have a sensitive stomach? I seem to be developing some food sensitivities recently and have been sick and feeling bloated all day. I was going to try some chicken soup, but I think I might need something more substantial later on, as I've only managed to eat a banana and a couple of crumpets so far today.
I've got some chicken in the fridge, so was thinking maybe that with some rice. I'll avoid onions and garlic etc, but are there any foods which might help with bloated feeling. Does anyone have any recipes they'd like to share as I'm used to cooking food with some spice?
