So annoying that you find a really good hairdresser that is great at cutting, (some are better at colour) and then one day you turn up at the salon and your favourite stylist has left to work somewhere else. You don't know where they went and then you have to start the trial and error all over again. My loyalty is not to the salon , it is to the hairdresser that is brilliant at her / his job. Just happened to me and I need to find her.
