Proficient?

How would you feel if you had taken a test and your score came back as "Proficient". Would you be happy with that?

Employers/HR - would you consider that a reasonable/good score?

Thanks

Well it means that you are able to do whatever it is that they were testing for, so in that respect I would be happy.

Thanks Dave. I know the meaning but unsure whether I can improve on it and should do the test again or leave it as it's an okay score

I took my cycling proficiency test in ooh I dunno, 1977-ish? As I had passed I was found to be proficient.

I digress. I would think you having been found proficient to be a positive thing.

It is an okay score, leave it and go enjoy the rest of your afternoon.

Ulovememore · 11/08/2022 16:05

Ooh is this on indeed? The scores go expert, highly proficient, proficient, etc so it means you’ve done quite well. Even if you answer no questions they say something vaguely positive though.

Justcallmebebes · 11/08/2022 16:11

Thanks all. I'll let it go now and be happy with that score. YesUloveme, it was Indeed

Thank you Fibberty

Will you come back and tell us the outcome, or if you want a bit of cheerleading when prepping for interview, just shout.

When I was in recruitment a surprising amount of people could not be bothered to do those tests so you are probably doing better than you think!
