Energy dropping to 0

Does this sound concerning?

Every few months this happens... around 1pm - 4pm, if I sit down at all, I'll just fall asleep. Sometimes I won't even realise that I'm asleep until I have my 5 year old shouting to wake me up and getting stressed because I don't register immediately. On these occasions, it feels like I physically can't stay awake -
I have two children (5yo is the oldest) so it's not ideal at all to feel like this.

As I said, this happens every few months - every single time I go for blood work and everything comes back fine so I'm shrugged off and it goes back to normal after 2/3 weeks.
I find it really odd but it's stressing me out, especially in the summer holidays.

Ask reception for a copy of your last couple of blood test results. Sometimes your ‘normal’ level can be right at the bottom of the reference range, there is a world of difference between scraping the bottom of normal and optimal.

or maybe just a high energy snack at 2ish will help?
