And it's not just 'tested positive but I feel fine.' I've never felt this ill. I'm lucky compared to some people, I know. I'm going on holiday next Tuesday, so I really really hope I feel better by then!

You might be ok. I had it for the first time recently and tested negative on day 5. I also felt pretty terrible.

You'll be ok by then, I had the same issue last week. Just put your feet up and eat and drink anti inflammatory things eg green tea, dark chocolate, oily fish.
