What banks never offer current account switching bonuses?

As per Martin's MSE email this morning I'm going to set up a burner current account with two direct debits in and cycle through all the current account switching incentives. He says set it up with one that doesn't ever offer current account switching rewards, anyone know what banks don't? NatWest?

You could set up a second account with your existing bank and do it that way. Or I don't think the online challenger banks do - Starling, Monzo, Metro Bank, but those accounts are really good to keep, for the free overseas transactions, if nothing else.

But Natwest do offer switching bonuses, I had one of those a few months back.

I've also had HSBC, M&S, Halifax, Lloyds, Nationwide and First Direct, also possibly Santander but I can't remember.
