My husband and I have been throwing around the idea of relocating our family for some time now. Lots of personal reasons but mainly we feel as a family we need to shake things up a bit, relocate and just reconnect! We currently live in a small rural town surrounded by marsh lands and green (although there seems to be more houses going up by the second) and love this. We’re not looking for a busy city type move we want to slow down & get back to nature, more walking less phones etc.
My husband can work from home and I’m nursery nurse! We have been holidaying in the Isle of Wight with the kids for approx 7 years now and we absolutely love it. We love the idea of moving to the Island, I’m wondering if anyone has done the same?
we have husbands parents and my dad who would happily use the ferry to visit.
Im just after some advice, opinions, pros cons or any suggestions of other places? We haven’t been to many other places and we Adore the island, everyone we have ever met or spoke to there has been so welcoming and lovely. It’ jus seems a wonderful place to be a part of?
