Warwick-trains and taxis

Hi, can anyone advise on if the Premier Inn is closer/easier to Warwick Parkway or Warwick station? Also. Reputable taxi firm to collect from the station to the hotel please? We are on foot and I don't know how easy the walking routes are from either station to the hotel. Thank you.

Download the Google maps app. I don't mean that sarcastically either. It will show you distance, walking and driving routes. I use it all the time to help me work out the best way to walk in unknown places.

it is closer to parkway but you have to cross the a46 so it is a bit of a random walk.

I have looked at the map but local knowledge is much better I find. We often walk to the bus station then get the bus but it's so expensive for a 10 minute journey that I thought we'd walk or taxi. Is the A46 easy to cross?
