Does anyone know how to get a sleep study done?

My 22 year old DS has struggled with sleep since the age of about 12. He struggles to get to sleep and now struggles to stay asleep. He says he isn't depressed. He has been diagnosed with Dyslexia, so not sure if this makes him neurodiverse, which is associated with sleep issues. I suspect he may have ADD, but he does not wish to pursue diagnosis on this.

He has just managed the best he can for years, but it is now getting him down.

He has tried various strategies. Chlorophenamine anti histamines, herbal sleeping tablets, cutting down screen use before bed, audio books, podcasts, going to bed the same time every night. He has also got Melatonin via the internet (I know that this is not a great idea).

Nothing is really working. He has been to the GP today who just suggested an app. He is going to try it, but I am not holding out too much hope.

Does anyone know how to get a sleep study done? We are happy to pay for it, but not sure where to go for one. I feel that a sleep study might throw some light on what is going on.

Thanks in advance.

The Nuffield offer this,

I thought Bupa might too but I could just find a load of health info
