EDF tariff price

Hoping someone can give me a bit more of a clue about energy tariffs please. We bought a repossessed house last year and the gas and electricity were on prepayment card meters due to the last owners debt. I had the electric changed to a smart meter and the gas one was supposed to be done but the engineer couldn't for some reason.
I've just spoken to EDF about changing the gas meter but I checked and I'm on a fixed price tariff at 33p standing charge and 3p unit price and the one they would put me on was double that so have cancelled the meter installation.
I've checked my electric and I'm also on a fixed tariff for that. I was going to get them to change to direct debit payments rather than prepayment because it's normally cheaper but I'm wondering now if actually because of the price rises, my fixed one which would have been more expensive is actually now the better deal.
I've tried looking at energy websites but they don't seem to actually post the unit prices for their tariffs so I was wondering if anyone happened to know what they pay per unit for their energy on direct debit payments so I could get some idea!
Apologies. This is very long and tedious!

I'm on the standard variable rate (which is covered by the price cap) with Octopus and these are my prices. You won't get lower than the price cap right now and any fixes will be above these rates
