Has anyone had one? I'm allergic to everything. Sick of it.

How does it help allergies, there is research about its possible benefits for ibs or cdiff infection. Do you have multiple food allerfies or intolerances, have any doctors, allergy specialists, dieticians or nutritionists been able to help.

Not had one but it's certainly very interesting. I was reading about them when my grandma was in hospital. Gut bacteria plays such a massive role in all aspects of our health (although it's not easy to establish causality of course - do people with a certain microbiome have allergies because of that microbiome or is the microbiome a result of the allergies if you see what I mean).

Following.

I have read about this and it makes disgusting sense.

Ive always wondered how successful it was.
Imagine the burps shortly after treatment though.

I have worked in a hospital where they did them and apparently the results were amazing for people with Cdiff and things like that. They did say that they always give people a mint after to help with the burping issue

I have several auto immune issues and have spent most of the last two years in bed. However for the last fifty days I have been following the AIP elimination diet and I have needed fifty percent less bed rest. Joint pain is down massively and my nemesis , mouth ulcers, I’ve only had one, which is a big win for me.
It’s tough to do and that’s the truth but I do feel a lot less depression , brain fog and fatigue.
It’s not a silver bullet like the fecal transfer, but it does have a lot of scientific backup and is the gold standard for food intolerances.

Why does it make you burp? Too scared to Google now Envy

Multiple food and contact allergies plus asthma etc. Huge amounts of antibiotics as a child.

Woman in the guardian (obviously) has been scooping up her friend's poo and injecting it herself www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2020/jan/22/the-poo-panacea-inside-the-strange-surprising-world-of-faecal-transplants

Think I'd go with a real clinic as you can die of it going wrong. Or maybe fly somewhere cheap to try it?

INJECTING it?! Surely she's dead now?

It wouldn't make you burp per se.
But if you were to burp, it would be most unpleasant...

Thanks for this info. I’ve been in tears today over pain and CFS. I’m really feeling like I can’t take any more so will start reading up on the elimination diet. So glad it’s helping you.
