As autumn/winter is on the horizon I'm starting to think about our changing meal planning. I do so many bolognaises, lasagne, stews etc. But these all go in the oven for a few hours on low. I do have a slow cooker which I can utilise but is it worth considering a instant pot/pressure cooker? Is the electricity consumption much lower than using the oven? I know it is with a slow cooker but wasn't sure about the pressure cooker etc
