Problem with my nose!

The bridge of my nose is swollen and very tender, it started yesterday. I can’t wear my glasses or sunglasses as it’s too sore. The skin is quite warm to touch with no redness.
i have a mild cold and an a bit stuffy. No sinus pain at all.
any ideas what this could be?

Oh, and I’ve not injured it at all!

I had something that sounds very similar a few months ago, It felt like I'd been punched in the nose. The redness and swelling went down after a few days. I think it was an attempt at a spot but because of where it was it didn't come out properly.

Thanks @mouse26 though it doesn’t feel like a spot.
Very sore though and very warm. Off to find an ice pack!
