Does anyone know what this is.

Its not got a long enough nose for a shrew has it? And it looks fluffier than a vole.

Its teeny 3 or 4 cm maybe

Cant find a picture that quite fits.

Is it just a vole with a bad hair day?

Definitely not a hedgehog.

I'm not an expert but my best guess would be a juvenile field vole.
