I've lost my free Chester Zoo ticket 😭 Anyone woo about?

DS went to Zoo on a school trip and they all got a free return ticket for their family. He's been asking to go May, I told him we would go this week and I can't find the bloody ticket anywhere 😭

It's just an A4 printout thing. I swore it was in the sideboard drawer.

I'm sure it won't have been thrown away, I'm desperatly hoping it hasn't.

To go without the ticket would be over £200 (with bus & train tickets) and I just can't dont have that.

Give me ideas where it could be please!!

Is the draw dark wood. Right at the back of a dark wood wardrobe I'm getting. Check it hasn't gone down the inside. Or in the pocket of a brown long style wool cardigan.

It has slipped down the back of the drawer. Look in the cupboard underneath.

It’s not in the sideboard, if you’ve checked there. Bookshelves? Between books? Kids wardrobe? Pile of papers to sort out? Fridge door?

When did you get it? How did you get the ticket from your dc? Where, when?(which room, what time?) What is the most likely place you would put it away at that time?

No woo input but I read on a 'lost item' thread that things are most often found by re-checking the place you first thought they'd be. So check that sideboard and check it again.

In the letter rack or where you would normally put a showing list?

Near some blue fabric with large flower prints. I agree with @ApolloandDaphne it has slipped down.

Nothing woo to add but if you rang the zoo and explained they might give you another one as they could verify which school, what date etc. You might get someone helpful.
Otherwise is there a WhatsApp group. Maybe another family has no plans to use theirs and would let you have it.
Otherwise empty your handbag out completely. Things often hide in handbags. I usually find them on the third emptying.

Check the freezer - sounds silly but that's where I found my daughters reading book from school.
We had to tell her teacher we'd lost it and it was only when there was a dreadful smell in the kitchen that I traced to a drawer and found a rotting packet of fish fingers that I put two and two together and found the school book in there.
If it doesn't turn up It may be that if you contact the zoo and explain that the ticket given to your son whilst on a school visit can't now be found they'll be happy to send you another.

Have you booked your visit for Tuesday? They are fully sold out for ages so you cannot just show up and pay/show a free ticket.

It says on the ticket and website you don't need to prebook.

Also just tried to pretend book for Tuesday and was fine.

I just tried to book and the rest of August is blanked out, same for a friend of mine who tried to book last minute earlier this week.
