Cheap places to go snorkelling where I can see sealife

I have recently been snorkeling in the North Sea and absolutely loved it but there was a distinct lack of things to see. Does anyone know of any good places (as cheap as possible) to go snorkelling where I stand a better chance of seeing some wildlife (preferably not shipwrecks they give me the heebie jeebies)

Lamlash Bay, Isle of Arran.

this is out of date, even more sealife now.

There's good snorkelling on the Costa Brava, starting from about two metres out to sea!! Try the Begur beaches, Aiguablava, etc.

If you are around north Norfolk there's a snorkel trail at sheringham which is really good and full of life. It's not deep and follows an old Victorian sewer pipe. There's a buoy marking it and the lifeguards can point you towards it too. There are usually bass around the rocks at the end of the groyne too. Not as clear as the south coast or north east but it's usually decent from july-september

Oh yes, best time there is low water slack. Go in 90 minutes after low tide at Cromer. You don't need to worry about currents then and should get an hour to fully explore it.

East Runton can be good too.
