Facebook - Temporarily Blocked feature

I was going through Facebook earlier deleting some old posts from groups that I had posted in. Facebook has sent me this message.

"You’re Temporarily Blocked

It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been temporarily blocked from using it.

If you think this doesn't go against our Community Standards let us know."

I'm a bit stressed as I don't want to be banned. I have done nothing wrong as I was deleting some things I no longer wanted to see.

Anyone else had this then had the ban lifted?

The strange thing is I can still delete posts from my phone but not the Brave browser I use.

I had this! I was deleting older posts, pictures, friends etc but Facebook thought I was a robot/ hacked so put a temporary block on my account so I couldn’t add/ delete friends or create new posts. Think it was only for 48 hours.

I then tagged my dh in a comment with an inside joke, someone (we believe my ex) reported my post and then I had to have all my tags and posts checked by Facebook before they were approved to be posted. After this I just deleted my account as it seemed like too much hassle!
