Tax Credits Compliance Letter - Again!!!

So here we go. Compliance letter time again!

I've had a few of these over the years. Do they not keep these on file and refer back???

This time it's a telephone interview, and I have to have all sorts of paperwork to hand. I mean, I'd understand if they asked for it to be sent to them, but how is it going to help in a phone interview?

Anyone else had one of these yet?

What happened with this? I've just a letter and never had one before. I've been in tax credits for years

But saying that I did have a compliance letter from DWP last May 2022 and never heard a beam since, so I don't get why it's less than a year and I have yet another compliance letter

I think they just send them out to a random selection of people every year.

I had the phone interview, basically said my situation hasn't changed since the last letter you sent me, he checked a couple of things and that was it!
