Wtf do I do ?

I'm really struggling with gas/electric I was late paying . I paid 185. To try and get it down. But I still owe 109. I have been charges 10.00 (twice) for late fees . And now I just got a letter saying they are going to add debt collection fee to my bill which is 20.00 and get debt collection onto Me.

I'm trying my best but I'm going in circles.

Could you ring your gas/electricity provider and explain the situation to them? Explain that you will pay and see if they can set up some sort of repayment schedule for you - they're normally quite responsive when people are in temporary difficulties
