I'm 15 weeks pregnant, I have a 21 month old and I work almost FT. I'm absolutely exhausted. I get quite a lot of sleep at night (bed around 9.15, up around 6.30 when toddler wakes) and recently I've been napping in the day between meetings, but it feels like it doesn't touch the sides. I take iron pills for anaemia so shouldn't be iron levels.
I'm usually so full of energy and I hate this! I'm a healthy weight, I exercise (walk, yoga, swim), obviously no alcohol or smoking, my diet is healthy and varied...
Can anyone suggest anything that might help? I'm like a sloth slug hybrid and hate it.
