How do you barbecue fish fillets?

Does it stick to the grill? Not very experienced at barbecuing and I’ve always done sausages, burgers and kebabs. I’d be really grateful for some tips please.

We've got a fish grilling basket. I've not actually used it yet. I suppose you could also use foil to wrap the fish up.

Yeah, they'll fall apart. You need foil or a pan on the grill. Honestly i think it can be easiest just to grill them in the oven.

let the fish warm up from fridge for 10 minutes
hot bbq
oil fish
skin side down.
