Leeds & Harewood House

Hi all
I will be in Leeds for work and thought I'd take an extra day to go to Harewood House. But...confusion! So, it looks like you ought to book to be guaranteed entry. But it also looks like getting a bus will get you 50% off the ticket price, but only on the door.

Does anyone know how busy it will be on a weekday in August?

There also seems to be a direct coach from Leeds station to the house...but is there, as it's still showing a Covid page on the National Express website?

All advice welcome - looks like a lovely place and I would like to go. I suppose if I get the bus and the house is full, I can just see the grounds?

thanks for any help.

The 36 goes from Leeds to Harewood village, it's not a national express service though.

The grounds are the best bit. The house isn't that big.

I've got the 36 showing as National Express

I heard there were lots of fab paintings in the house, is that not the case?
