I can't see if it's undercooked, but although it makes sense to eat properly coffee food, not doing so doesn't 100% of the time end in sickness. No one can predict this for you.

Ah I see, I've taken the eye comfort sheild off. I can see why you're concerned but as PP said the texture looks cooked to me and its not pink like raw chicken pink. I think you'll be ok.
