OP are you ok? Are you safe? Where are you just now? If in the house, I'd recommend getting some food. JustEats if you have it (and can afford it obviously!) lots of water and an early night. Also agree with PP brushing your teeth and washing your face if you can. Little things like that will make you feel a bit better in the morning. Speaking from experience

I might get drunk. Worked till 7, bugger of a commute home, but thought ‘oh it’s Friday maybe DH and I can share a bottle of something and have a bit of a giggle’
