My DS 14 has bought a vape from the same shop in a nearby town twice in the last week. Aside from the fact I'm extremely concerned and furious with DS, I'm also furious that the shop have not asked him for ID. He's tallish (but not exceptionally so) and probably looks a bit older than 14, but definitely does not look 18!
I've reported to my local Trading Standards via Citizen's Advice. Do you think they'll do anything?
