How to measure my fitness

I don’t know if I’m fit or not.
😂

I don’t run, for pelvic floor reasons, so I can’t measure how far I can go in whatever time. I do yoga and other workout videos.

My resting heart rate is good for my age. Anything else that I can look at to see if I’m fit enough?

Perfect! I can see from those that the push ups will be an obvious weak point!

There's lots you can do to measure your fitness improvements. You can do step ups on a bench for two minutes and measure your average heart rate. You can take an exercise and see how many you can perform in a certain time. Ie burpees or press ups and then test yourself again in say four weeks?

Yeah, that would measure progress, but I’d like a marker of ‘ok for my age’.
