Hi all
I am taking my DD 7 to Elvedon tomorrow, feeling anxious now! Me and her on own own. I have booked various activities, pottery painting, cupcake making, kayaking, crazy golf and resturants.
She isnt a confident swimmer and I worried about taking her to the pool, I thought the rapids would be ok but I went for a spa day few weeks ago and we ended the day in the pool and the first time I went down rapids it dragged me under. Not sure she would like this but it may just be me worrying!
We are staying in the breckland apartments does anyone have any tips?
She is so excited, Im excited too but having a last minute panic!

They won't let her down the rapids if she's not confident and I presume you wouldn't let her down either. There's the lazy river, slides, waves etc she can use.

You'll have a great time.

The rapids have signs saying that they're only suitable for confident swimmers, and I've seen lifeguards stopping weaker swimmers before. There are plenty of other things to do in the pool and while park though.

She’ll have an ace time but I wouldn’t let her on the rapids if she’s not a confident swimmer.

thank you so much!
Im not an overly confident swimmer but loved the rapids once I got the hang of not getting dipped under. Went on the Cylone though and that scared me so much!
I will just let her chose what she wants to do x
