Does anyone know if I pay £9.99 to make an offer what happens if their house isn't for sale anymore? Also how do you view without making an offer? Thank you

I wondered rhe same but it was £25 to suggest an offer, so not sure if i wasted my money as dont know if house listed is going to market and if its postal there is currently a strike. Would be lovely to hear from someone who has used them

I don't think the houses are actually up for sale, I have looked at this website a while ago. It doesn't make it initially clear which is bad form in my opinion.
