My ex-partner and I have a court order in place which confirms 50:50 custody. He started a new jobs several months ago and was no longer able to meet the stipulations of the court order. We mutually agreed the we would make a different plan of him having her every other weekend and take her out for an hour or so on alternate Mondays/Wednesdays. He has on several occasions failed to show up for spending time with her and now he has a new partner he is saying he want to go back to the court order. While his work commitments haven't changed, my guess is he wants his new partner to look after our little girl. Can he just choose to revert back to the court order after we both agreed to change the plan? any thoughts much appreciated
