We're heading up to Alnwick for a week tomorrow (squeeee!!) and just wondering if any locals can tell me what sort of temperatures to pack for.
It looks like 19deg or so for the week which, where I live, would mean cropped jeans/skirts/shorts and short sleeved top (+ jacket/sweater if in the shade).
Does this sound about right for Northumberland too or will it feel considerably cooler because of the proximity to the sea? We're basing ourselves in Alnwick but will be travelling all over.
