Been at this parenting malarkey for long enough to know better but just back from another fruitless, and alas, shoeless mission. Sadly my second DD, almost 7, is not into black shoes. Or ones that fit. And only wants the same DMs as her big sister, which is obviously unacceptable.

I am not sufficiently over my own childhood trauma concerning a particularly hideous pair of Clarks grey T-bars (wtf we're you thinking, DM?) to be ready for this battle. Again 🤣
