My boss is a prize arse. He’s very difficult to work for but the pay is good and I get perks I wouldn’t get elsewhere so I put up with it.
He grinds me down and it builds and I’ve reached a point I need to vent.
He won’t answer calls, emails, texts, etc without a grumpy response until 5pm when he wants to chat. I finish at 5 but need the answers to the questions I’ve raised throughout the day to make any progress the following day.
I know I should tell him but he’s a narcissist and will punish me if I raise this. WWYD?
