To take this job?

Any advice would be great. I’ve just finished uni and I’m looking for a job. I got contracted by a agency within the field I want to work in who found my CV online, we had an informal call and she offered me the job on the spot, the call lasted for about 20 minutes and I hardly answered any questions, it was more her ‘selling the company’. I went into the office to get a feel for the company and they seemed nice enough people. However, after the interview I researched the company and found some dreadful reviews on glass door from previous employees, at first I thought to take this with a pinch of salt, however I found the girl who did the review on LinkedIn and thought I would message her to find out about her time at the company, she was a graduate like me (with little experience in the field) she told me they got rid of her after 6 weeks and overall she had a bad experience with the company, that the turnover was high and they just wanted to fill positions quickly. This made sense as they offered me the job in the spot! It all felt way too easy and seemed abit of a red flag. She also said management was poor. They’re offering me under 22k which isn’t awful but I know some graduate jobs offer a lot more. My question is am i being naive to accept the job? I have a bad gut feeling about it, but I really need some money, however I don’t want to start the job and then feel trapped. My overall feeling is wait for another job to come up, does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance
