When your get and up go has got up and gone how do you get it back?

I need to clean the entire house, wash literally every piece of fabric we own, start wallpapering, walk at least the insane dog if not the rest of them, download some music and burn a CD, find some freelancing work and I'm on nights tonight where I absolutely must do some training (and also some freelancing work - but don't tell my employers that)

All I actually want to do is sit and cry, look at Faceache, sleep and cuddle a dog (maybe not the insane one he's too bouncy to cuddle).

Help me find me my motivation. Do you have a song or saying/motto which is guarenteed to get you up and moving?

I don't know how I do it for me but I'm going to suggest a few things for you. Feel free to use or ignore.

The motto I feel I should use is ( brace yourself) - if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Therefore,

1.Decide what is top of your list for things that you feel you need to get done. Think about how you're going to do it and make some notes if you need.

  1. Make a not-too-long list in rough order of the time and make them all manageable.

3.Give yourself some nice rewards along the way. Anything: chocolate, nice drinkie, a dance sesh in the kitchen, anything

Good luck !

💐 don’t panic. Do it in bute sized chunks

  1. pick up anything that needs picking up
  2. sweep every floor
  3. mop every floor have a break a cuppa play music and congratulate your self
  4. clean every surface
  5. put a wash on
  6. go to your freelance site
  7. listen to your training while cleaning and taking the dog for a walk
  8. drink coffee
  9. go to work

good luck!
