Recommendations for classic illustrated children's books

I want to buy my granddaughter a classic illustrated book e.g. Wind in the Willows- does anyone have any recommendations of companies/publishers that do this?

Folio Society print beautiful editions of children's books which make great presents.

We were given the whole set of Beatrix Potter which is a big success with DD. The Folio Society do a 12 book set.
