Unknown rash

This may be a long shot but, does anybody have any ideas what this rash is on my foot I have been to the doctors they wasn’t sure what it is as it doesn’t itch or isn’t bumpy of any sort, they gave me anti fungal to try but it has gotten worse since, just wondered if anyone has had anything like this

You're not diabetic are you? Have a look at granuloma annulare, typical benign rash like this, not itchy, or raised. Has some link to diabetes but no specific cause or treatment.
