Cooking food

To start off I quite dislike cooking, it can be fun with another person but it causes me untold stress. The problem I have is that if I cook anything more complex than a bacon sandwich I don't want to eat it.

In an effort to diversify I got one of those freebie gousto boxes, kids ate the first meal fine. As soon as it was done my appetite disappeared, its like a mental block Sad.

Anyone else experienced this?

For me the preparation is the build up step to eating it!

I get the same thing so I just try a bit and then have the rest later or for lunch the next day. As long as you eat a little something for dinner (quick and easy, more of a snack) it doesn't have to be a big issue
