Sociopathic neighbour

Had a dispute with neighbour about damage caused to our property by accident. She refused to pay for the damage we took her to court & we lost… she got a barrister to defend a £500 claim. Humiliated & humbled by the whole experience. She became vindictive & called the police on us for victimisation. Relief came when She sold the house and we have had two further neighbours since… all good no issues. Do we have to disclose this now that we want to sell????

Why would you, if she is no longer your neighbour? Surely it is only the ones currently living there who are the ones you have to notify about (unless there's a boundary dispute or something ongoing that might affect the buyers).

Never bought or sold a House but I very much doubt you need to disclose it as she is long gone

This neighbour has written to estate agent & our solicitor a malicious letter stating we have disputes with EVERY neighbour all around us for years & it’s their Estate agent & solicitors responsibility to notify all prospective buyers of our poor behaviour. We had such terrible experience with her it was a relief when she left but this is shocking to us coming back on us… we have had new neighbours now for nearly 3 years

no issues at all with any neighbour new neighbour lovely no disputes with anything

Yes…😂 no sociopathic because she called the police on us because she was frightened for her life… we were away at the time. Sociopath because she threw dog poo over our wall & then called the police again to state we’d done this to her!. Sociopathic because she screamed in the street that we had been spying on her whilst she was naked in her bedroom! Sociopath because she would howl like wolf whenever my children were in the garden…throw rotten meat over the wall we think for our dogs! & sooo much more
