How can anyone say? I live in the East Midlands and our rental (3 bed newly decorated new kitchen new appliances, new bathroom and decent sized front and rear gardens in a cul de sac ) is £750. It’s entirely area dependent

You're going to need to be more specific. I live in a city where one area it would be reasonable and in another area it would be hugely expensive, all in the space of a twenty minute drive.

The North West includes Burnley/Blackpool and Adlerley Edge/ Hale.

It's like comparing apples to onions.

The north west is quite big. I think that’s steep though.

Saggytrousers · 02/08/2022 13:34

Way too much here.

£750-£850 here, edge of Merseyside.

I've just checked rents in an area I'm familiar with and you need up to £1500 pcm for a three bedroom house in the nicer parts. I was shocked. We rented a two bed house for a third of that a few years ago.

AnyFucker · 02/08/2022 13:38

Where in the NW? In my area you would be looking at 800/850

Mushroo · 02/08/2022 14:21

How long is a piece of string. Where I am in South Manchester it could be anything from 1200pcm to 1700 plus
