Passenger locator forms for Spain

Bryony9275 · 01/08/2022 22:40

Am I right in thinking that UK covid vaccination certificates are equivalent to the EU covid pass for travel to Spain? Do I also need to complete a passenger locator form? Would the airline provide me with that if I did?

Any advice from recent travellers to Spain very welcome. Thanks!

Uk vaccination certificate is equivalent to EU one. You don’t need to do a locator form if you’ve had 3 jabs-just print out the certificate or have the qr code on your phone.

www.spth.gob.es/spain-validator
you can check here that your certificate is valid

If you’ve had your second dose less than 270 days ago, or a booster, then your UK vaccine cert is valid. In this case you don’t need to complete the SpTH form.

I’m Spanish and travel to Spain regularly so this is the current advice. Ignore posters who are telling you about their experiences back in April, there seems to be an abundance of them on this site…
