Coming to the chat section as I don't think there is a tech section?
I had iClouid backing up my iPhone photos, but then my cloud became full and so it stopped backing up. Then my iPhone broke and I can't open it up. So I've gone into my cloud, downloaded some stuff to my laptop to create some space. But the cloud hasn't done another phone backup to pick up the latest photos. Is there a way I can trigger it to do a new backup?
Alternatively, is there a way I can get stuff off my phone without opening it? Usually if I connect phone to laptop I then need to open the phone for things to show on laptop, but I'm not able to open the phone at all now.
Argh! Help. I have precious recently taken photos.
