Do I need to dismantle the kitchen table for move?

Or can it go in the van? It’s quite big, not huge, but I think it will damage it taking it apart and building again.

No..stick a duvet over the top. They can stack boxes under and above it. U can wrap the legs in some bubble wrap if u are concerned about bumps etc but in all the times we have moved (and its been often..groan) we have just asked the van guys to cover it. They often have their own covers with them anyway. Good luck with the move 😁
