NHS Band 7 interview questions

I have an interview for a Band 7 role in the NHS. It is for a non-clinical role. Business management / performance. Has anybody had an interview for a similar role in the past and can share some interview questions? I've not worked in the NHS before.

Have a good look at the Trusts website and pay particular attention to their core values and vision for the future. I've done quite a bit of interviewing in the past and we've always had to ask at least one question that relates to each of the values linked somehow to the role we are interviewing for. Eg for a clinical role there was always a question around care and compassion and how you would show it.

And think about how your own values can be relatable to the Trusts vision (with a real life example of how you have managed to show this/instigate this in your life or previous jobs).
