Friend 1 lost her husband in tragic circumstances. Un-married. Children. Forced to sell home because doesn’t qualify for a mortgage and months of arrears (before and after he died). Will be moving to council bedsit after the sale whilst awaiting housing
Friend 2 looking for a property to buy. Is going to view/buy friend 1s home.

The house is going to get bought anyway is one argument. But how can anyone be happy for your new home when other friend is in a bedsit with her kids??
