Feel so alone

My sons family are useless. His dad left 7 years ago. I've tried several times to contact my son extended family but none of them responds. He is 19 now and it's shitty of them.

why do you keep contacting them? I’ve never contacted my exes family, your son is 19 if he wants contact with them he can contact them himself?

That's rotten for you both Flowers Sounds like they are a total waste of time. Do you have family on your side or good friends who can be there for you and your DS?

I've been in the same situation. I never contacted them though. You can't make shitty people change for the better, it can only come from them. Does your son want contact?
