What maternity benefits does your employer offer?

Just out of interest! What's your job, what sort of employer do you work for, what maternity benefits do they offer? I'm trying to get an idea of what sort of places generally offer a good mat leave package!

I work in finance, and current and previous employers have only ever offered SMP. Weird for a sector that is renowned for high pay (not that I reap any of those benefits!), but perhaps a byproduct of it being male dominated, or maybe I need to move to a bigger company.

I work in procurement for a food manufacturing company.
We get 6 weeks at 90% pay then 20 weeks at 80% pay. Then statutory, then unpaid.

I find it weird that companies aren't open with their policies. I searched everywhere for it but only got access when I announced I was pregnant.
