Hi,

Making a decorative hanger for DD's room and I need something like the loop side of a lobster claw bracelet so that I can hang it on the hook above her curtain pole. I know you can buy the hook and the loop in pairs, but can't think of a term to help me search them online. Can anyone help?

although presumably you need something pretty big if it’s for a decoration. Sorry if I’m thinking of the wrong thing.

A picture might help. I’m unsure how big this will be, weight of it. For a plant I’d use a hook in the ceiling and then an S hook if necessary, but wouldn’t like this over a baby’s cot just in case it got blown about or knocked.

It's for a needle felted mobile type of thing, so not heavy. I am thinking of a hoop, a bit like an old fashioned bubble wand, that I can 'screw' into the to ball, where the strings will be thread to sort of maypole style and then I can hang the hoop on the hook, if that makes sense?

Eyelet screw if you need to screw it in?
I think you may have to draw what you mean because the lobster clap, but needing to screw it in, is confusing me.
