October then January. I'm expecting it to go over 4k on the cap. All you can do is fix , try to use less or you can afford it anyway. Lots of people can but many others can't. Noticed petrol prices have dropped though. The fact that energy companies are making 5x profits should tell us something. Shareholders will be happy. I'm not fixing as the fixed rates I'm offered are ridiculous. I shall stay on the variable rate for now
