Is swallowed nail varnish toxic?

My DS wanted his nails painted blue so I figured as there's no school afm then why not.

hes eaten it! After it was dried, so he must have chewed it off
hes only swallowed one nails worth but is that ok? He's 9 (autistic and puts everything in his mouth so its definitely my bad, I should have known really but not just didn't occurs to me)

It’s fine. It’s as non toxic as it can be and likely won’t even get digested as such, just coke out the other end

Oh phew thank you! I try not to google this like this because it turns into a spiral of doom!
I suppose it must happen a lot even toddlers often have nail polish on, a lot must bite it off tol

I'm 29, bit off every bit of nail varnish as a child. I'm good - it's not done me any harm.
